The renewal notice claimed to have been sent from Louis A Williams & Associates has not and did not arrived. An email renewal notice has not been receive by myself. Phillips Insurance is not answering phone calls "from me". I find my self without auto insurance. After finding the Louis A Williams & Associates 907 E Grand Marshall TX 75670 reviews, reading the reviews I'm shocked to discover the 100% negative responses. - ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I am sure Mr Rope is a great guy, but his staff tried to give me the run around when I needed to transfer my policies. When I finally got to speak to someone, they tried to tell me they were transferred and cut me of the phone. Staff tried to make me seem like I did not understand the issue and why they did not want to transfer my policies. I have given it some time before I wrote my review because if I had given it when the issue occurred, the review would have been extremely bad. Only reason why I am actually giving it two stars is because he is Gary Rope's son, which I never had an issue with.By Paola Olguin, November 26, 2017
